Hitting chen with a newspaper for changing how a proc works without changing all the proc calls
Also I discovered an even worse issue with staling doing really weird stuff to tickets so I just made it not do that
Why It's Good For The Game
admin ticket handling should work properly I think. Somewhat controversial I know

admin: tickets should now display player pms
admin: tickets going stale will no longer cause new player responses to open a new ticket, causing a ton of random tickets to gradually pile up and player responses to be split weirdly between different tickets
